Omni Study is a study tool. Record only content you are allowed to record, for your personal learning. Do not redistribute recordings or reports of copyrighted courses; respect the terms of YouTube, Udemy, Google Meet and your institution.
Plans are billed monthly via Paddle and can be cancelled anytime; minutes reset monthly and unused minutes do not roll over. We may suspend accounts that abuse fair use (automation, reselling, quota evasion).
The service is provided "as is"; AI-generated content can contain mistakes — always verify before exams. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.
