1. About these terms

These terms apply to Omni Study (omnistudy.net), including the website, the browser extension and the mobile apps. The service is operated under the name Omni Study (“we”, “us”); contact: admin@omnistudy.net. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Omni Study turns lectures, meetings and other audio or text that you provide into transcripts, translations and study packs, using speech recognition and AI models.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. An account is for one person and may not be shared or resold.

4. Your content and fair use

Record only content you are allowed to record, for your own learning or work. Do not redistribute recordings or reports of copyrighted courses, and respect the terms of YouTube, Udemy, Google Meet and your institution. You keep all rights to your content and allow us to process it only to provide the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse fair use (automation, reselling, quota evasion).

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance every 2 weeks, every month or every 3 months, at the price shown at checkout. Minutes reset at the start of each billing period; unused minutes do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can also buy a single report unlock.

6. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Taxes are calculated by Paddle based on your location.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to prices and plans

We may change prices or plan limits. Changes to an existing subscription apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they take effect.

9. AI output and liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated content can contain mistakes — always check it before exams or important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time by emailing admin@omnistudy.net. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date.
