Audio you choose to record is uploaded to our server only to create your transcript and study pack. Audio is deleted immediately after processing completes — your voice never stays on our servers (if processing fails, leftover audio is removed within 3 days). Generated reports are kept 3 days on the free plan and 30 days on paid plans, then deleted automatically. We do not sell data or use your content to train AI models.
To let you replay a lecture's pronunciation, the browser extension may keep the most recent recording(s) in your browser's private storage on your own computer (1 for free accounts, up to 5 for paid). This never leaves your device and is separate from our servers — you can delete it anytime from the player.
If you sign in with Google we store your email, name, plan and monthly usage minutes. Guests are limited by a device-scoped identifier used solely to enforce the free quota (legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing abuse).
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We never see your card details.
You can delete your account and data by contacting support@omnistudy.pro. Exported notes (Notion, Obsidian, Anki) are yours and live outside our systems.
